I personally love this picture<3 very original and grabs my attention. I can't help wonder whats happening and why is this girl having her organs sprawled everywhere. It's simple but for some reason it just adds on to it. This would also make a great t-shirt because of the minimal amount of colors used. The style also reminds me slightly of The Binding of Issac but I think the way you did it works quite nicely.
My advice to improve are:
Nothing O_o I think it's great the way it is. Nothing bugs me.
The most I could say is add a mouth but that would take away from the style....
Same with more shading, put in to much and you could lose your whole idea.
